Everyone knows that Amazon is taking over, and while everyone has different opinions on this, one thing we can agree on is the convenience.
As a college student, sometimes you have no time to go out and get some essentials because it’s finals season, or you aren’t feeling too well.
Amazon Prime is a fantastic option there. Get fast, and sometimes next day or even same day delivery, on thousands of items!
But if you are a student, make sure you get Amazon Prime for Students! You can get 6 months of Amazon Prime for free and then it is only $69 a year after that. A fantastic steal compared to what everyone else has to pay.
This can also be a great way to get the Prime benefits for yourself and maybe your family without having to pay a ton of money for all the accounts.
When I was in college, I had the Prime student account and then I’d order bits and pieces for my family as they’d need them. And you got Prime video (which I believe is still included) which is pretty awesome.
If you already had Prime, pre student, make sure that you enroll in the student pricing to save yourself some money!
This is something you don’t want to miss to get discounts on things you need, fast, and discounts on things like textbooks. I bought a LOT of my textbooks through Amazon thanks to the fast shipping (seems every professor wants you to have the book in 24 hours). This is a great option and you can cancel at any time if you aren’t feeling it!
In my personal opinion and from my college experience, this was absolutely worth having and I kept it all through undergraduate and graduate school, benefiting from the student option. You just have to renew that you’re a student and you’re good to go!
Highly recommend!
